We act in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.  We will not send unsolicited emails. At any time, you may contact us and we will promptly remove you from any future correspondence.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you place an order.
Our app uses a third-party SSL payment gateway (PAYPAL) for secure payment.  We do not collect credit card information.

Do we use 'cookies'?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.  The Age Checker employs an age verification HTTP cookie stored for 30 days.  Third-party apps (i.e. Paypal) may use authentication cookies for security purposes.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, nor transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information (PII).  We will never share, nor disclose any PII, unless otherwise compelled by legal authorities.
